[amsat-bb] Satellite QSO exchange

I haven't been on sat's in a long time. Previously an exchange to be an
official contact was the same as HF ( call sign and sig rpt). When listening
now I usually only hear call and grid number. Is that the standard on sats,
or is a signal report still required for an "official" contact?
