For ECHO, the best thing is to just use LINEAR.
Or vertical.  since the bird is both LHCP and RHCP
and will have more power than most other
birds we have experienced before.  Unless you 
want to alway sbe switching polarity throught the
passes, then Linear will be much more reliable...

Thanks for you comments on receive antenna polarity.
Greg KO6TH says RCHP is best. Greg N0ZHE says LHCP is best.
Rick W2GPS weighted in and said it could be either depending ground
command.
Rick, is there any way to know ahead of time what the polarity "de
jour"
will be?
