Echo Pass 18:52 UTC JUly 03

I successfully interfaced an AEA 232 to my ICOM 910 using an old mouse
cable. Thanks to those on this site who made that suggestion. I was able
to copy packets from ECHO and GO-32.
This is the first time I have successfully been able to decode 9600b
packet from the LEOs.
