The sat transmitting undecodable data on 435,275 MHz was loud and clear
again tonite over Paris.
It corresponds clearly to the object named 28373U 04025H, that is UNISAT 3
according to the most recent OIG data.
The theoretical AOS was 19:00:35 UTC here near Paris
The observed AOS was 19:00:29 UTC
The observed azimut at AOS was equal to the theoretical one (90°).
ECHO appeared 8 minutes later, with a signal peaking to S8 (TX power output
was set to 1,3 W).
TLM data have been sent to KE4AZN.
