No Luck hearing Echo.
At 11:09 utc. Overhead Pass (I thought so).
I was as sure as any thing, Echo would be heard.
After all, Echo was heard in VK and ZL.
But,disappointingly, not a squeak in Bangalore!
Well, I will try again tomorrow.
I wonder if I got the Time all wrong?
