Re: Echo Keps



 Nothing heard here last night either. We listened to 3 passes from  0045 to
0414. Nothing decoded with tlmecho. Did also see a slight carrier on the S
meter a couple of times. Used the K keps, and also tried the official(?)keps
of the day.
