[amsat-bb] ECHO Keps?

Big question who has the skinny on the ECHO keps which set is for real, what
set is the command teams using? being 5-6 minutes off makes a big differents
in tracking.

would like to be able to help with coping tlm the next few days. but need a
good set to track with.
