[amsat-bb] ECHO heard in VK

Hello all,
ECHO heard loud and clear ~0001 UTC (about 20 minutes ago)
along east coast of VK.  Using  keps that are about 5 minutes ahead
of the pass.   Looking at the graphic track but tuning radio and
rotators manually.
