[amsat-bb] Echo and RFI

Finally had a chance to try for Echo this morning and, as luck would
have it, I have some really strong RFI from around 434.900MHz to
435.350MHz.  Looks like I'll be hunting down the RFI before I'll be
chasing after Echo.
