Keith and the AMSAT net:  I just observed a passing of ECHO completed 1 July,
2021 UTC.  This pass was in the clear over the Pacific Ocean.  I was using Keps
set H at the time in which LOS was predicted for 2012 UTC.  Obviously something
is wrong.  I then selected object K, NASA #28375, entered and worked backwards.
This set seemed to fit the observation perfectly.  More as time progresses!
