[amsat-bb] Echo keps info

Hi folks,

I just listened to the latest Echo pass and managed to download good 
telemetry with my auto-tracking and auto-tuning both working properly. I 
used the following keps, which correspond to the Object K keps:

ECHO
1 28375U 04025K   04183.12274409  .00000287  00000-0  10000-3 0    27
2 28375  98.2643 252.6625 0083464 209.6229 150.0978 14.40383412    79

One note tho', I had to set my nominal center frequency to 435.151 for 
the auto-tuning to track properly. The  auto-tracking and aos/los times 
seemed to be right on the money.
