[amsat-bb] Echo Orbit #28

Did not hear sat , but my s meter, on FM,  went from s3 noise leval to 60
over 9 then back down again during pass. Using preamps . My antenna pointing
using nova was about one minute ahead of sat. LOS was about a minute later
than nova indicated. The signal at los was at 435.145. Guess this was Echo
