Nothing heard here either on that pass, but I'm only using a mobile antenna
here currently.
Did copy it yesterday - I think the power output is set down to .3 watts
currently

I tried listening on the pass over Ky between 1545 to 1600. Should have
been around a 58 degree pass. Opened up the squelch on the ICW32 and
scanned from 435.120 to .175 but never heard anything. With everybody
elses success, maybe I am not using the right keps.
