[amsat-bb] ECHO strong in Wellington NZ

Hi All

Second pass tonight 11:40 - 11:50, S1- S9+ on 435.150MHz
(S-0 before AOS and after LOS)
Using this time an FT-817 connected to  0dB isotropic antenna
and 20dB gain 1dB NF preamp.

Looking for sound card 9k6 decoding program for SB16.
(S-0 before and after AOS and LOS)
FT-817 will give me the data.
Any one know which package to use and where to download it?
