Great ECHO signal RX heard tonight 09:59-10:10 UTC S1-S3 max.
(ECHO on low power)
Using isotopic source (0dB) antenna + 20dB gain 1dB NF preamp
on an FT-790mk2.
Any one tell me what program to use to decode the 9600 data
using a PC + sound card? I will be using an FT-817 for this purpose.
