[amsat-bb] another Echo update..

Hi Folks,

As expected, each pass adds a little more info.  More keps tweaking 
here, and it looks like the  center frequency is in fact where it's 
supposed to be at 435.150 ..imagine dat, hi..!

Getting more data on each pass, and  nice to see the results from the 
tlmecho program.  Still good strong signals, LHCP, at about 1.8 watts 
according to the tlm on this last pass. Already thinking about that 
mobile Pacsat system, hi...
