ECHO NOT heard in pass over New Zealand
Folks,
Using those keps, and NOVA v2.1, I showed a perfect pass right overhead here
in Wellington, New Zealand (approx 41S, 174E).
NOTHING heard on 435.155 +/- doppler.
I hope its because the transmitter was turned off as it was not over North
America. Anyone know?
Regards,
Jim Towler
