[amsat-bb] Manual entry of ECHO Keps

I have gotten some requests about entering keps in various tracking that
don't like the checksum

Since this is only one satellite, it is often quicker to just add a new
satellite, open two windows and
cut & paste the values  OR just enter the numbers by hand.

Being one that prefers to teach people to fish rather then give them the
fish, here is a breakdown of how
the 2 lineelements are converted.

I enter them into Nova and InstantTrack by hand in just a minute or so.
