[amsat-bb] NOT ECHO Keps

The OIG has released two set of Keps (see below)  which are NOT repeat NOT 
ECHO Keps.

It is anticipated that we may get an  official set of Keps for ECHO later 
today.
The new official keps will be  posted as soon as we can get them.
