[amsat-bb] Dual Gate Mosfet Transistor Substitution

I have a Microwave Modules MMA-144 144MHz preamp and wish to upgrade the
transistors.  The preamp employs two 40673 dual gate mosfet transistors and
I want to replace them with more modern low-noise devices.

Which is the best substitute?

The circuit diagram is available, if required.
