[amsat-bb] STS Plus

I have been using STS Plus for the past 10 -15 years.  Recently, my upling and downlink frequency display shows 90 Mhz up and 100 Mhz down.  I've fixed this once before but can't remember what I did.  I checked the stsplus.frq file and updated that, and also reinstalled the program.  

Any help would be appreciated.
