[amsat-bb] Eagle vs Echo Payments

There's also a box at the end of the PayPal form for comments. I'm sure 
if you made a note there about where you'd like you payment to go, 
Martha would handle it. The PayPal is setup to just go to "AMSAT", and 
not "AMSAT-Echo" or anything like that. Since the funds just come in to 
one account, it shouldn't be too hard to divvy them up per your wishes.
