[amsat-bb] WY via FM bird

It looks like I will be in Cheyenne, Wyoming most of next week and should be
able to work the FM birds with my trusty Arrow and handheld during the
evening hours.  I haven't checked what birds will be available, but I
remember WY was one of the last states I confirmed.  Anyone interested in a
sched please drop me a note.
