FO-29 Help

I herd the 1900Z pass of FO-29 over the states There where a couple
stations talking about the ECHO launch coming up. I was trying to make
contact with them don't think they heard me. I was Uplinking on 145.xxx
USB ( is that right or should it be LSB), and was copying on 435.xxx USB...
I'm in Grid DM12lx and was wanting to know if anyone heard me on down link.
My 847 is not working at the moment and all I have is my TM-700D for APRS
and my ICOM 706...

Thanks for the help...
