[amsat-bb] SO-50 5 kHz up now

Hi all,
At the pass with AOS at 1913 UTC I found the downlink frequency to be up
by 5 kHz.
It was the same yesterday evening. That is not unusual, but it is a long
time ago
I have observed it.
Have fun with SO-50.
