[amsat-bb] Recommendation for 10m preamp - homebrew or otherwise

I haven't seen too many commercial mast mounted 10m pre-amps on the
market.  Anyone have any recommendations on a home brew design or
otherwise (meaning commercial) that would work for mode A sats?

I plan to use it with AO-7 mode-A, and hope RS-15 comes back to life in
the future.
