That is an EXCELLENT question. I wonder also if given it's extended break,
UO-14 might be able to be commanded on and stay on now for a little while?
Or if it could be commanded on while over populated areas for just a portion
of the orbit? I know the guys at Surrey are busy, but I'd sure like to
know....
