[amsat-bb] Nasa channel On Dish Network

Somebody mentioned a while back that you could watch the Nasda channel on
Dish Network without a subscription. Can I just set up a receiver and a dish
to do this. Do you need any type of card pluged into the receiver? I have a
dish and lnb already.
