Although PCsat is in full sun, she still does not have
enough power budget to respond. As you can see
from the below plot, during this summer solstice period
of full sun, the sun angle on the +Z solar panel
(our best) is worst! ANd we need the side panels
plus the +Z panel to give us enough instantaneous
TX current to respond.
Hence, our predictions of return to normal service
probably wont happen this month. In the southern
hemisphere, she is being heard weakly, but not
enough to command.
