[amsat-bb] Leo packet help?

I would like to know what Sats are available for 1200 baud ax.25 packet for
vhf/uhf...I'm planning on operating mobile.

Also, for the other modes of encoding/decoding, what brands of TNC'c are
available? (manchester etc), and those sats?
