[amsat-bb] Rotator manuals and meter faces.

I would just like to remind folk, there are scans of the manuals for the 
Kenpro/Yeasu 400 elevation and 500 azimuth rotators on my web site. There 
is also a scan of the KCT manual, and good quality south-centered meter 
faces for the 500 and 5400 azimuth rotators.
