AO-7 Transponder stability.

Re: my posting yesterday about AO-7's mode-B transponder jumping 10Khz high
in frequency.

This morning (Monday 10.05.04) on orbit 34920 at 09:25 UTC the mode-B
transponder was pretty much the same as it has been for several months, ie
"normal" again.....that is to say, low voltage to the TX oscillator causing
the familar instability.

However, the satellite is still workable, particularly with the CW mode.
(Please use low power for obvious reasons).
