[amsat-bb] Looking for recommendations for 2m/70cm preamps...

It's becoming obvious (especially on 70cm) that I need a preamp up at
the antennas.  I'm looking for a source for 2m/70cm preamps that have
TX/RX sensing and switching.

Could any of you folks recommend a good source of 2m and 70cm preamps? 
I would also be interested in hearing about any experience with specific
models.
