Actually, that seems about right (as strange as it looks).  If someone will
confirm the total membership number I'll be happy to do the math.  Something
I learned in statistics is that whatever looks logical really isn't.  You
don't need a majority to get some really accurate numbers.

If AMSAT is only interested in a minority of opinios then the current survey
will work just fine.But if they really want answers then they need a
majority.

400 out of 5000 members is not a majority even if everyone of the 400
returns had the same exact answers.

What is a "boat rocker" it is someone who CARES enough to open their mouth
and express their CONCERNS, it is NOT one who is trying to bring DOWN
another person or AMSAT.
