[amsat-bb] working AO-7 and FO-29 with a FT-817

Hello,
Is there a preferred way to  work AO-7 and FO-29 with a half-duplex rig
?  One of the reason I
bought my FT-817 was to work AO-7 and FO-29.  Does anyone have memory
settings or Doppler graphs for these satellites?  It is kinda hard to
switch between the downlink and uplink freq.'s.  I have about 80 AO-7
freq.'s programmed from 145.960/432.135 to 145.944/432.156 using  250 hz
steps - this does not work very well.

Any advice would  be helpful.
