[amsat-bb] Delta 2 launch at Vandenberg

A number of us were in attendance at the Delta launch of the Stanford satellite
containing the Einstein experiment.  A beautiful launch it was with no delays
whatever.  Last Saturday the countdown proceeded to less than four minutes when
the Boeing director scrubbed the launch due to upper air winds.  We will be at
Stanford tomorrow and might have some useful information to pass on afterward.
