[amsat-bb] Strange problem!!

Hi to the list,
i have a strange problem with my trakbox.
My trakbox is setted at 9600 but I need to set the terminal program
As 2400 otherwise I cannot read properly but all garbage.
I am sure the trakbox is setted at 9600 baud because I saw it wit menu 6
- 0 after have setted the terminal program at 2400 baud.
Anybody can tell me why this?
I am using the rom 3.50d
