[amsat-bb] Satellite Band Designations

First there was Mode A and B, but now designate things by the band (U/V, 
L/S, etc.)

If the V in U/V is VHF, what do we call 47GHz, which is in what is commonly 
the V-Band of the Microwave spectrum?
