[amsat-bb] Creative Designs RAC-805

Does anyone know if this unit is a direct knock-off of TAPR's Trackbox?
Can the ROM be upgraded with TAPR y2K compliant one? Has anyone any
current experience with this unit? Is there an english manual available?
