[amsat-bb] HF on high orbit satellites

Hi AMSATs,

I only made a few qso's via the sputniks, because I have not much equipment 
on HF, therefor I like to know from people with more experience if HF is 
interresting for higher orbit satellites...

I am thinking about (easy to use) future satellites...
