[amsat-bb] BB digest

One of the benefits of receiving the BB content in 
digest form, is that April Fool messages arrive on 
April Second, thereby negating their impact.  :)

I'm hoping that continual pressure WILL cause policy
to shift, enabling a hubble repair mission.
