[amsat-bb] OSCAR-11 VHF Beacon

Just to remind anyone wishing to send a last minute QSL report to AMSAT-UK.
The VHF beacon is now transmitting ASCII telemetry on 145.826 MHz.  It
switched ON sometime between 07:15 and 13:30 UTC, today, 30 March, after
ten days of silence

Telemetry nominal.

The S-band beacon 2401.5 MHz. is also ON, transmitting a weak continuous
carrier.
