[amsat-bb] mode b anyone?

Hi All,
  Lockheed has a contract to build a High Altitude Airship..

If this goes to production and actually flies, wouldn't it be great to have a 
mode B xpondr on it... no Doppler, 24 x 7.

 But it would have a smaller footprint...
