RE: ISS



This appears to be a problem with NOVA.  Even though I updated the keps, the
position did not update.  Quitting and restarting NOVA did not correct the
problem either.  I had to delete ISS from my view and then add it back to
the view.  It now displays the proper position.

Go figure......
