[amsat-bb] XF4IH on the air XE2AT!!

Hi boys and girls, Tony XE1GRR will arrive to XF4 this Thursday around noon 
and he will be on all actives satellites for about 24 or 36 hours so I think 
the East coast can work Tony an AO7...
