[amsat-bb] XF4IH won't be QRV on satellites

I made several HF contacts with XF4IH this weekend, and I finally remembered
to ask if they plan to be on any satellites.  The operator said no.  He said
they have "antenna problems".

So I guess we're out of luck this time around.
