[amsat-bb] OSCAR-11 VHF & S-band Beacons now ON

The VHF beacon switched back ON at 17;13:27 Tuesday 09 March. Telemetry
nominal. S-band also ON.

If the 10/10 day cycle continues, it should stay ON until 19 March. 
Ground control should then be able to switch it back ON for a further 10
days.

Just to remind anyone who would like the special OSCAR-11 Birthday QSL.
You should visit the AMSAT-UK website http://www.uk.amsat.org/ during
March, to enter your reception report.
