[amsat-bb] OSCAR-11 VHF Beacon OFF

The 145.826 MHz. beacon switched OFF on Saturday 06 March, at around
14:00 UTC, after 10 days of continuous operation.  I have been expecting
ground control to switch it ON again.

AFAIK the mode-S beacon is operating normally on 2401.5 MHz.
