[amsat-bb] Moon Relay

All the BS aside, I think it's a GREAT idea. A repeater on the moon would be
super!
The tech. details seem on the money to me too! Since our Prez. is looking to
go there again
I don't think the idea is too way out, and since most of our current
moon-naughts are also hams
it's a fine plan!!! You have my vote!
