[amsat-bb] Fwd: BPL Rollout in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana

Looks like Broadband ON Power lines is moving ahead
in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana!  by a major power company
which is rolling out BPL without waiting for the FCC rules.  

They must be relying on Part 15 as their fig leaf.  See
